Here at Abakhan, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Rewarding loyalty is incredibly important to all of us, but we wanted to take that one step further. After much discussion, we settled on Abakhan VIP Rewards.

With Abakhan VIP Rewards, you'll have the opportunity to Earn More Abapoints on Orders, Birthday's & more ...

All new and existing accounts will be Automatically Enrolled into our First VIP Tier; 'Crafting Enthusiast'. Members of the Crafting Enthusiast tier will qualify for our basic Abakhan Rewards Programme, earning points when they spend, follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletters.

Customers in our middle tier, 'Regular Crafter' will benefit from additional Abapoints when they shop with us.

Our third tier, 'VIP Crafter' will offer customers the opportunity to earn the best rewards.

Members of the Regular Crafter and VIP Crafter tiers will also gain access to Exclusive Offers & Discounts up to 48 hours before general release.

The three VIP Tiers and the rewards for each are shown below:

	Celebrate Your Birthday with Abakhan	600 Abapoints on your special day to spend at Abakhan.	800 Abapoints on your special day to spend at Abakhan.	1,000 Abapoints on your special day to spend at Abakhan.
	Qualify for the Next VIP Tier	-	100 Abapoints when you qualify for Regular Crafter Rewards.	250 Abapoints when you qualify for VIP Crafter Rewards.
	Access to Exclusive Offers	-	Up To 48 Hours before General Release.	Up To 48 Hours before General Release.

The VIP Rewards tier that you qualify for is based on a 12-month Rolling Basis. If you meet the spend criteria for that 12 month period, you will continue to earn the rewards from that tier. If you. however, fail to reach the criteria, you will drop down a tier. Therefore, to get the most from the Abakhan VIP Rewards & Loyalty Programme, make sure you log in to your account regularly.

Remember, you must access your account and place an order at least once every six months. Your Abapoints are valid from the time of placing your last order with Abakhan, so make sure you use your account regularly so as to not lose your Abapoints. Any accounts which have been inactive for six months or longer will have their Rewards Balances Reset to 0.
